Indian passport application fee to go up from July 1

Getting an Indian passport will become more expensive from July 1, 2026, after the Ministry of External Affairs revised fees for passport-related services. The hike covers fresh applications, renewals, Tatkaal services, replacement of lost or damaged passports, police clearance certificates (PCC).
