The Delhi High Court upheld actor Rajpal Yadav's conviction and sentence in multiple cheque dishonour cases. The court dismissed 21 petitions filed by the actor and his wife, Radha Rajpal Yadav. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma noted the couple's repeated failure to fulfill financial commitments. The actor's conduct, including stating he would go to jail rather than repay, was criticized. The court affirmed the Sessions Court's judgment, dismissing all related applications.

Actor Rajpal Yadav received a three-month jail sentence from Delhi High Court. He owes businessman Madhav Gopal Agrawal Rs 9 crore from a 2012 loan. The court dismissed all 21 cases filed by Yadav and upheld the Sessions court order. Yadav was also fined Rs 1.05 crore in each case and denied probation. He has two months to comply with the order or appeal to the Supreme Court.
