The 6th Khelo India Winter Games opened in Gulmarg with 400 athletes from 30 states competing in four snow sports. The event was inaugurated by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, while Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan is set to attend a convocation at University of Kashmir.
