Karnataka Leader of Opposition (LoP) R Ashoka on Saturday said that Congress leader B Nagendra's resignation from the state cabinet was the outcome of sustained pressure by the BJP-JD(S) alliance and called it a victory for the entire Dalit community rather than the opposition party alone.
Actor Prakash Raj stated his name was deleted from Bengaluru electoral rolls. He was among 65 lakh voters removed during a revision process. Raj expressed his intent to follow the procedure to reinstate his voter ID. He also made a statement regarding the ruling dispensation's actions.
