Karnataka man, in contact with Pakistan-based terrorist, held

Vishal Kumar Metre, a 24-year-old resident of Bhalki Taluk in Bidar, has been arrested on terrorism charges. He allegedly communicated with Shahzad Bhatti, a recognized terrorist in Pakistan, using social media platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram. Initially denying ties to terrorist activities, he ultimately handed over his phone, which uncovered discussions focused on illegal weapons and anti-national endeavors.
