Land occupied by Atiq Ahmed, 71 flats ready, allotment will be done through lottery
Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh is trying to completely erase the terror marks of mafia Atiq Ahmed, which was once synonymous with fear. In Lukarganj, Prayagraj, houses for the poor have now been built on the same land which was occupied by mafia Atiq Ahmed by threatening. CM Yogi had decided to build flats for the poor on the land freed from Atiq's possession. Its foundation stone was laid by CM Yogi Adityanath in December 2021. The allotment of houses built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana will be done through a lottery on June 6. According to media reports, the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) has prepared flats for the poor on the land vacated from the illegal possession of Atiq Ahmed in Lukarganj. Now the process of allotment of these flats will be started soon. There are 76 flats in the ready-to-move-in building. For which a total of 6071 people have applied. That means there are about 80 claimants for a flat. A lottery will be held on June 6 for the allotment of flats. At the same time, advertisements related to lottery will be released on Saturday (03 June 2023). The price of each flat has been fixed at Rs 6 lakh. Out of which 1.5 lakh will be provided by the central government and 1 lakh rupees by the state government. That is, those who will win the lottery will have to pay only three and a half lakh rupees to the PDA for the flat. In this, 45 thousand rupees will have to be paid at the time of allocation and the remaining 3 lakh rupees will have to be paid in installments for six months. A security money of Rs 5000 was taken from all the applicants during registration. Those who do not win the lottery, their money will be refunded. Solar lights will be installed in the 4-storey building. Parking facilities will also be provided to the people living in the flat. Along with this, community halls and common areas will also be provided. American company will open a factory to make fighter jets in India!
New Delhi: General Electric's (JE) proposal to set up a jet engine factory in India is expected to be approved during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the US. Let us know that in the past, the US has agreed in principle to this proposal, but the necessary process for this has not been completed yet. American defense companies cannot set up joint ventures outside the country without the green signal from the Joe Biden government. India is using only engines purchased from JE in its light combat aircraft. In the coming 10-15 years, India has planned to produce 400 new generation fighter jets. Therefore, India's effort is to set up a joint venture in India between JE and HAL, through which the engine of the aircraft can be produced in India itself. This will reduce the cost. At the same time, a large number of jobs will also be created for the youth in India. According to sources in the Ministry of Defense, the Biden administration can approve the establishment of a joint venture of JE-HAL during PM Modi's visit to the US on June 22. However, there has been no official word from the White House or JE in this regard so far. At the same time, sources say that India is also working on Plan B in this matter. It is also in touch with some other international companies making jet engines. These include Rolls Royce, Pratt & Winter, Eurojet, but the first preference is being given to JE, as its engine is already being used in Tejas fighter jets. Odisha train accident: How did two trains come on the same track? human error or technical fault
Bhubaneswar: A tragic train accident took place on Friday (June 2) evening in Balasore, Odisha. The coaches of the Bengaluru-Howrah Express and then the Coromandel Express derailed at Bahnaga Bazar station and then collided with a freight train. So far 280 passengers have lost their lives in this heart-rending accident. At the same time, more than 900 are said to be injured. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to the injured from the Prime Minister's Relief Fund. Railway Board officials said that the accident took place near Bahanaga Bazar station at 7:20 pm. Due to this, many coaches of the Howrah-bound Superfast Express derailed and fell on the other track. At the same time, the coaches collided with the Chennai-bound Shalimar Chennai Coromandel Express. Due to this, the coaches of the second train also overturned. But how did two trains get on the same track? After this tragic accident, the big question is arising that, after all, there can be two reasons for how two trains come on the same track at the same time. One is human error and the other is technical fault. A technical glitch is believed to be the reason behind the train accident in Odisha. According to media reports, two trains came on the same track and collided due to a signal failure. Actually, the driver runs the train on the instructions of the control room and instructions from the control room are given by looking at the traffic on the tracks. It can be understood in such a way that every railway control room has a large display, which shows which track is on the train and which track is empty. It is shown through green and red colored lights. For example, if there is a train on a track or is running, then that signal will show red and if the track is empty, then that signal shows green light. In view of this, instructions are given to the locopilot from the control room. But this time, looking at the accident that happened, it is being speculated that the signal of the train did not appear correctly on the display and that is why this accident happened.
