Police to issue numbered stickers for local taxis and auto-rickshaws from Sept 7
SHILLONG, Aug 7: The Office of the East Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police (Traffic) will issue numbered stickers to all local taxis and auto-rickshaws operating within the district from September 7 to November 6.
