UP: 9th wolf shot dead by forest dept in Bahraich, villagers breathe easy

Forest officials in Bahraich have successfully neutralized a third wolf in the Bhirgu Purwa village area, bringing much-needed relief to terrified residents. The predator, a three-year-old male, was shot dead after efforts to capture it alive failed during a large-scale operation in the Saryu River's kachhar. Surveillance continues to ensure villager safety.
