8 killed, 2 injured in head-on collision between van, truck in UP's Lakhimpur Kheri

A tragic head-on collision between a van and a truck on the Sisaiya-Lakhimpur national highway claimed the lives of at least eight people on Monday. Two others sustained critical injuries and were transported to the district hospital. The van was en route from Lakhimpur to Sisaiya when the accident occurred.
