'Our discussion today will further strengthen defence cooperation': Rajnath Singh during bilateral talks in Vietnam

India's Defence Minister Rajnath Singh met his Vietnamese counterpart Phan Van Giang in Hanoi. They reviewed defence ties and regional security.
