In a recent court hearing, Satyaki Savarkar emphasized that V.D. Savarkar had no hatred for Muslims, contradicting Rahul Gandhi's portrayal of him as a rabid extremist. He pointed out that Savarkar's literature offered constructive pathways for Muslim development.
