Big relief for Delhi power consumers: SC says this cost can't be charged for no-supply period

Delhi electricity consumers receive significant relief as the Supreme Court ruled they cannot be made to pay for the depreciation costs of a TATA Power Delhi Distribution plant during periods of no supply. The court stated that consumers should not bear costs for services they do not receive.
