Fresh hearing ordered on plea seeking FIR against Rahul over remarks on Hindu god Ram

The petitioner accused Mr.Gandhiof referring to LordRamas a mythological and fictional character and stated that the comment deeply hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus and hence amounted to hate speech.
