Have urged chief justices of all HCs to conduct virtual hearings: Chief Justice of India

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant has asked high court chief justices to hold online hearings on Mondays and Fridays. This move aims to cut down unnecessary expenses amid the West Asia crisis. The Supreme Court itself has adopted similar video conference proceedings.
