AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal seeks early oath date for his MLA swearing-in ceremony ahead of Hajj

AIUDF President Badruddin Ajmal has requested the Assam Assembly Speaker for a convenient date to take his oath as an MLA. He is scheduled to depart for Hajj pilgrimage on May 21, the same day the assembly session begins. His party, AIUDF, has announced its opposition to the Uniform Civil Code bill.
