Legendary singer Asha Bhosle was laid to rest at Shivaji Park Crematorium with full state honours after her demise. Leaders like Devendra Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde, along with actors Aamir Khan and Vicky Kaushal, attended the funeral to pay their last respects to the legendary singer.

Asha Bhosle's mortal remains are placed in a glass casket, draped in the tricolor, and adorned with white lilies. As part of state honours, a ceremonial salute was accorded by the police. Following the public viewing, the funeral procession will proceed from Bhosle's residence to the Shivaji Park crematorium in Dadar, where the last rites are scheduled to be performed at 4 p.m.
