Cough syrup deaths: Congress seeks CBI probe, MP health minister's resignation over govt 'negligence'

Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Jitu Patwari accused the state government of negligence in over 20 child deaths linked to toxic Coldrif cough syrup. He called the incident culpable homicide, demanding the health ministers resignation, removal of the Principal Secretary of Health, an FIR against the drug controller, and a CBI probe.
