T20 World Cup Cricket: The Indian visually impaired womens cricket team, undefeated with a remarkable five consecutive victories at the ongoing 1st ever Womens T20 World Cup Cricket for the Blind 2025, after their dominant victory over Pakistan on Sunday, was warmly hosted by H.E. Santosh Jha, High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka, at India House his official residence in Colombo. During the interaction, the High Commissioner congratulated the players for their outstanding performance, praising their resilience, discipline, and exemplary sporting spirit. He conveyed to Deepika TC, the Indian captain, and the entire squad, Indias pride in their achievement, and encouraged them to carry the nations flag with confidence as they prepare for the semifinals on November 22.
