Jaisalmer admn hands over 40 bighas land to Pak-Hindus
After facing flak over evicting migrant Hindus from Pakistan from their makeshift homes in Amarsagar area, Jaisalmer district administration handed over land measuring 40 bighas in Moolsagar, about 5km from the district headquarters, to the community for resettlement. On May 16, the district administration had evicted migrant Hindus from land belonging to the UIT in Amarsagar area. District collector Tina Dabi had also claimed new encroachments in the catchment area.
