Non-Saudis can own real estate in Saudi Arabia from January 2026
Saudi Arabia will allow non-Saudis to own real estate starting January 2026, according to an official document obtained and reviewed by Okaz. The new law sets ownership categories, fees, and penalties, while restricting property in Makkah and Madinah to Muslims and Saudi companies.
