Kentucky court upholds prenup signed 11 days after woman arrived on fiance visa

A woman who moved from China to Kentucky on a fiance visa and signed a prenuptial agreement just 11 days after arriving in the US has lost her legal challenge following her divorce. Despite her husband's assets exceeding $1 million compared with her $39,000, the Kentucky Court of Appeals upheld the agreement, rejecting her claims of pressure and language difficulties.
