Idaho court revives farm couple's 5.95-acre claim after decades of use

Greg and Leah Sempel say they used the land for decades before Idaho acquired the neighbouring property in 1996. On October Tuesday, the state Supreme Court overturned an earlier ruling favouring Idaho, allowing the couple to continue their ownership claim.
