Dubai metro unifies operations to cut service recovery time by 80%

Dubais Roads and Transport Authority has integrated the Dubai Metros Operations and Engineering Control Centres, a major step under its Strategic Plan 2030. The move enables real-time fault notifications, faster deployment of response teams, and reduces service recovery time by up to 80%. Linked with the Enterprise Command and Control Centre, it strengthens smart, efficient urban mobility.
