Launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the month-long festival features citywide events like Dubai Ride, Dubai Run, Stand-Up Paddle, and Yoga, alongside free Fitness Villages and community hubs, inspiring all ages to embrace a healthier, active lifestyle.
