Russia attacks eastern Ukraine, atleat 20 killed

Kyiv: A Russian glide bomb struck a village in eastern Ukraine as pensions were being distributed on Tuesday, killing more than 20 civilians, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
