A man in Uttar Pradesh brutally murdered his wife and mother on their rooftop, then consumed flesh from their skulls. The accused, identified as Sikandar Gupta, was arrested by police. Villagers reported his alleged addiction to alcohol and ganja, and history of domestic violence.
