No pulse, no breath, army major general brings road accident victim back to life with CPR

Major general Vinod Kumar Patra provided immediate medical aid to an accident victim. He administered CPR and rescue breaths after finding no pulse or breathing. The victim's heart started beating again and he resumed breathing on his own. An army ambulance then transported the injured man to a medical facility. This timely intervention by the doctor proved decisive in saving a life.
