Lucknow fire fallout: LDA flags action against its 18 officials over illegal construction lapses; demolition notice issued to owner

Following a tragic fire that claimed 15 lives, Lucknow Development Authority has recommended disciplinary action against 18 officials for alleged lapses in preventing illegal construction. The building, initially residential, was illegally converted into a multi-storey commercial complex.
