A Bihar cleric, Maulana Abdullah Salim, has publicly apologized after being arrested by Uttar Pradesh STF for allegedly making objectionable remarks against UP CM Yogi Adityanath's mother. Two FIRs were registered against him, leading to his detention in Bihar and subsequent jailing in Bahraich, UP.
