66-year-old UP man kills watchman over illicit affair with his wife

A 66-year-old man was arrested in Prayagraj for allegedly murdering his 70-year-old neighbor, Hazari Lal. The accused, Ramlal, confessed to killing Lal with an axe, claiming it was due to an alleged eight-year illicit affair between his wife and the victim. Police recovered the weapon after a swift investigation.
