Singapore court orders jail term for Byju Raveendran for contempt of court

The Singapore court has sentenced Byju Raveendran, the founder of BYJUS, to six months in jail. The court found that Raveendran had disobeyed multiple orders related to his assets, and directed him to surrender to authorities and pay costs of S$90,000.
