UK woman quits 58,000 NHS job, lives in caravan and saves 3,200 a month

After her impactful experience on 'Alone', Eva Outram, formerly an NHS project manager, swapped her city life for a caravan with her partner, Tom Park, focusing on simplicity and financial freedom.
