India has launched its second National Environmental Standard Laboratory, aiming to boost domestic air pollution monitoring equipment and reduce reliance on foreign certifications. This facility will ensure instruments are tested under Indian climatic conditions, enhancing data accuracy and supporting environmental policies. Additionally, a new solar cell calibration facility positions India as a global leader in renewable energy standards.
