Empty box delivered instead of Rs 22k graphics card; customer wins Rs 10k compensation

Lovish Chadha, a frustrated customer, ordered a graphics card from Amazon but was shocked to find only an empty box upon delivery. After receiving no help from customer service, he escalated the issue by filing a complaint with the consumer commission. The commission ruled that both the seller and Amazon were accountable, ordering a full refund plus compensation for the distress and legal fees incurred, with a 45-day compliance timeframe.
