Watch: Marco Rubio: Iran can never be allowed to become a nuclear weapons power

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says President Donald Trump is yet to decide on fresh military strikes against Iran, as Washington continues to pursue a diplomatic solution. Rubio says the U.S. is open to negotiations but maintains that Irans nuclear ambitions and its alleged attacks on commercial ships remain major security concerns. His remarks come amid stalled talks and warnings from Iran against further U.S. and Israeli strikes.
