Strangled in its infancy: Modis sharp attack on Congress, DMK

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack on the Congress and its allies in Parliament, accusing them of strangling an honest effort in its infancy and calling it a foeticide in the House. He also said parties including the TMC, Samajwadi Party and DMK were guilty and described them as offenders against the Constitution and the nations women.
