Anna Hazare to launch fast from July 5 if changes to RTI Rules not revoked

Activist Anna Hazare has threatened to launch an indefinite hunger strike from July 5 if the Maharashtra government does not withdraw recent changes to the States RTI rules. Hazare says the amendments weaken the RTI Act and reduce transparency, and has demanded an immediate rollback.
