Udaipur IT employee alleges sexual assault by CEO, senior female executive, husband in moving car

JAIPUR: A shocking case of alleged gang rape in a moving car has come to light in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The victim, a manager at a private IT company, has accused her companys CEO, a senior female executive, and the executives husband of sexually assaulting her. The incident allegedly occurred on the night of December 20, while the complaint was lodged at the Sukher police station on December 23. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. According to the FIR, the incident took place after a birthday and New Years party organised for the companys CEO at a hotel in Udaipur. The victim stated that she reached the hotel around 9 pm, where employees were dancing and consuming alcohol. The CEO, the female executive head, and her husband were also present at the party. The gathering reportedly continued until around 1.30 am. The victim said that she began feeling unwell late at night, following which arrangements were made to drop her home. She alleged that the female executive head offered to drop her, and around 1.45 am, they left the hotel in the victims car. The executive heads husband and the companys CEO were also present in the vehicle. The woman alleged that during the journey, the accused stopped at a shop, purchased an intoxicating substance, and forced her to consume it. She subsequently lost consciousness. In her statement, the victim claimed that she was sexually assaulted in the moving car. When she partially regained consciousness, she saw the companys CEO assaulting her. The victim further stated that despite her repeated pleas, the three accused dropped her home around 5 am. After regaining full consciousness in the morning, she noticed that her earrings, socks, and undergarments were missing. She also reported severe injuries to her private parts, hand-like marks on her back, and unbearable pain throughout her body. The woman informed the police that the cars dashcam recorded both audio and video of the entire incident. The footage allegedly shows the presence and involvement of the companys CEO, the female executive head, and her husband. Police officials confirmed that a case has been registered and the investigation is underway. The dashcam footage is being examined, and the matter is being probed from all angles. The investigation has been handed over to Additional Superintendent of Police Madhuri Verma.
