Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov lightened a press conference in Delhi with a humorous remark to a buzzing phone, drawing laughter and viral attention. As the phone of one of the camerapersons was constantly buzzing, Sergey Lavrov jokingly said, 'Sir, if you don't surrender your phone, they will take out a gun'.
