What kind of thuggery is this?: AAP, Opposition condemn police action against Jantar Mantar protesters, call officers 'Modi goons'

Delhi Police took climate activist Sonam Wangchuk to the hospital from Jantar Mantar. Opposition leaders criticized the police action, alleging suppression of peaceful protest. Wangchuk had been on a hunger strike for twenty days demanding action on exam irregularities. Protesters were removed from the site after Wangchuk's hospitalization. The police stated Wangchuk was moved due to deteriorating health.
