TCS Nashik controversy: An SIT probe is underway at TCS Nashik after eight women employees alleged sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion. Seven people, including a senior HR manager who was a part of the POSH internal committee, have been arrested amidst allegations of ignored complaints and a racket luring women with jobs. Maharashtra minister even alleged that victims were forced to offer namaz, eat beef and there were attempts of religious conversion. Investigators are probing 78 emails, chats and other digital evidence that were ignored by the HR manager.
