Weather today, July 19: Heavy to very heavy rainfall is forecast for many Indian states on Sunday, the IMD has said. Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim anticipate extremely heavy rain in isolated areas. Thunderstorms with gusty winds and lightning are also expected across several regions. Delhi-NCR remains under a yellow alert with light rain and humid conditions.
