We dont need permission to hoist national flag: AISA chief Neha Bora to Delhi HC

Neha Bora, president of AISA, contested a notice from Delhi Police in the Delhi High Court. The notice required her to sign a peace bond regarding the display of the national flag. Bora argued that citizens do not need permission for such actions and should not be compelled to sign a bond. The notice was issued under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
