Unnao rape case: Delhi HC dismisses Kuldeep Sengar's plea to suspend 10-year sentence in death case of survivor's father

The Delhi High Court has denied former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar's request to suspend his 10-year sentence in the Unnao custodial death case. Sengar, in custody since April 2018, is serving time for the death of the Unnao rape victim's father.
