US, Russia to reestablish high level military-to-military dialogue, US military says

Washington and Moscow have agreed to restart high-level military talks. This communication channel was suspended in 2021 before the conflict in Ukraine. The agreement follows meetings in Abu Dhabi between US European Command chief General Alexus G. Grynkewich and Russian and Ukrainian military officials.
