UK's new PM Andy Burnham says he's willing to confront Trump if country's interests demand it

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he would publicly disagree with US President Donald Trump whenever Britain's national interest required it. While describing his first conversation with Trump as warm, Burnham avoided saying he trusted him, defended an independent foreign policy, and ruled out calling an early general election before 2029.
