Tahir Hussain convicted: Why was the former AAP councillor convicted in murder case of IB officer Ankit Sharma

A Delhi court convicted former AAP councillor Tahir Hussain and four others in the murder of IB officer Ankit Sharma. Sharma was killed during the 2020 northeast Delhi riots and his body was found later. The court found Hussain and others guilty of rioting and promoting enmity between communities. However, all five were acquitted of the criminal conspiracy charge.
