SC takes cognisance of trial court relying on AI-generated 'fake' verdicts

The Supreme Court has taken serious note of a trial court using AI-generated fake judgments. Such decisions are now considered misconduct, not just an error. The apex court will examine the consequences and accountability. Notices have been issued to the Attorney General, Solicitor General, and the Bar Council of India.
