SC orders setting up of special courts for speedy NIA trials

The Supreme Court has ordered the establishment of special NIA courts to speed up pending trials. At least one special court will be set up for every 10 to 15 trials. The Centre and NIA are directed to approach High Courts for setting up these exclusive courts. Trials will be conducted on a day-to-day basis.
