SAMPANN integrates with DigiLocker: Telecom pensioners get paperless access to e-PPOs, gratuity orders & more

The Department of Telecommunications has integrated its SAMPANN pension portal with DigiLocker, enabling telecom retirees to securely access key documents like e-Pension Payment Orders (e-PPOs), Gratuity Sanction Orders, Commutation Orders, and Form-16 anytime, anywhere. Launched under Digital India, this move eliminates physical paperwork, reduces delays, and empowers pensioners with digital self-reliance. Documents are instantly downloadable via Aadhaar-linked DigiLocker accounts, enhancing convenience for banking, medical claims, and official submissions.
